I came across this scripture while reading another devotional. This devotional was a 30 Day devotional with over 30 plus scriptures in it. But this particular scripture stayed with me. One thing that I know for sure is that God KNOWS His children. He knows your thoughts, needs, weaknesses, and also your strengths. We are His children and He is our refuge, strength and a very present help in trouble. Receiving this reassurance of knowing that the Lord is always with me and that He is always right beside me, gives me this comfort and protection that no ones else can give me.Sometimes, we do feel like we're all alone,having no one to truly understand our trials or situations, but knowing that the Lord is always with us is a Joy like no other. The Lord will never leave us nor forsake us,that's why we need to study the Word of God daily, because we need that reminder daily. Our minds can easily drift off to worldly matters and cares.To become steadfast and immovable in the Lord, we need to be consistent in seeking his face and spending that one on one time with him. Jesus wants to get real personal with us. He wants to reassure that He is always with us no matter what the situation may be.
